Access to or use of the Site does not create a client relationship, engagement agreement, or any other professional relationship between you and Cerberus. No such relationship is established until a formal written engagement agreement has been executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
Information submitted through the Site's inquiry forms or by email does not constitute a confidential communication unless and until a formal engagement has been established. We encourage prospective clients to refrain from sharing sensitive operational details prior to the execution of a confidentiality agreement.
All professional security services provided by Cerberus are governed exclusively by the terms of the written engagement agreement entered into between Cerberus and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement shall control.
Cerberus reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

However, information submitted through the Site prior to the execution of a formal confidentiality or engagement agreement is not legally protected as confidential. Prospective clients with sensitive requirements are encouraged to contact us by telephone or secure channel to discuss appropriate confidentiality arrangements before sharing operational details.
